We find the leak.
You keep your pool.

A pool leak can cost you hundreds a month in wasted water, chemicals, and energy. It can also undermine your deck and damage your pool structure. We use non-invasive detection methods to pinpoint the exact source, so you stop guessing and start fixing.

Warning signs

Think your pool might be leaking?

Not sure if your pool is leaking or just evaporating? These are the signs that something more is going on.

01

Dropping Water Level

If your pool loses more than a quarter-inch of water per day, evaporation probably is not the only cause. That is roughly two inches a week -- and it adds up fast.

02

Chemical Imbalance

Constantly adding chlorine or struggling to keep your water balanced? A leak dilutes your chemicals as fast as you add them.

03

Wet Spots in the Yard

Soggy patches near the pool, on the deck, or in the yard -- especially when it has not rained -- are a clear warning sign of an underground plumbing leak.

04

Rising Water Bills

Your autofill keeps running. Your water bill keeps climbing. If your pool is refilling itself more than usual, it is likely leaking and costing you money every day.

05

Air Bubbles in the Return

Air bubbles coming from your return jets usually mean air is being sucked into the plumbing on the suction side. That is a leak in the underground lines.

06

Cracks or Shifting

Cracks in the pool shell, loose tiles, or a deck that is separating from the pool can all point to a leak that is slowly washing away the supporting soil.

Our process

Five steps to finding your leak

Five steps, same order, every time. No shortcuts.

Step 1

Visual Inspection

We walk your pool area and equipment pad looking for visual clues: staining, settlement, moisture, equipment wear. This gives us a baseline and tells us where to focus testing.

Step 2

Pressure Testing

We isolate and pressure-test each plumbing line: skimmer, returns, main drain, water features. This tells us which line is losing pressure and whether the leak is in the plumbing or the shell.

Step 3

Electronic Detection

Specialized listening equipment lets us hear water escaping through concrete, vinyl, or underground pipes without digging. This narrows the location down to a precise area.

Step 4

Dye Testing

For shell leaks, we apply dye near suspect areas. The dye gets pulled toward the leak point, giving us visual confirmation of the exact spot. Non-toxic, no effect on your water.

Step 5

Report & Repair Plan

Once we find the leak, you get a clear report: where it is, what caused it, what it takes to fix it. No upsells. A straightforward plan so you can decide what to do next.

Leak Detection

Certification matters

Why certified detection matters

Most pool companies will tell you they can find a leak. What they actually do is dig and hope. That wastes your time, tears up your yard, and often misses the real problem.

Certified detection means we trained on the proper methods and equipment to locate leaks without digging. We test systematically, verify findings, and give you an accurate diagnosis before anyone picks up a shovel.

Less disruption. Faster answers. When you know exactly where the leak is, the repair is targeted and far less expensive than exploratory digging.

  • Non-invasive -- no unnecessary excavation
  • Accurate results you can trust
  • Saves money compared to guesswork repairs
  • Specialized equipment and certified training
  • Clear report with repair options

Stop the damage

A pool leak wastes thousands of litres a month. The sooner you find it, the sooner you stop paying for it.

Most detections are completed in a single visit. You will know where the leak is and what to do about it before we leave.
